Welcome to EZ Layaway (“EZ Layaway,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the EZ Layaway Shopify application and related services.

By installing or using EZ Layaway, you agree to these Terms.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

EZ Layaway provides software that enables merchants to offer layaway purchasing programs to customers through Shopify stores.

Our services may include:

• Layaway plan administration
• Installment payment tracking
• Customer notifications and reminders
• Shopify order synchronization
• Merchant dashboard reporting
• Customer layaway management tools
• Payment schedule tracking

EZ Layaway does not guarantee customer payment completion.

You agree that:

• You are responsible for complying with all laws applicable to your business and layaway programs.
• You are responsible for clearly communicating your layaway policies to customers.
• Products, pricing, taxes, refunds, and fulfillment remain your responsibility.
• You will not use EZ Layaway for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

Customers who enter into layaway programs do so with your business, not EZ Layaway.

EZ Layaway acts solely as a technology provider and administrator of the layaway process.

You remain responsible for:

• Customer support
• Product fulfillment
• Refund decisions
• Consumer law compliance
• Dispute handling

You agree to pay all applicable subscription fees or transaction fees associated with your EZ Layaway account.

Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

By using EZ Layaway, you authorize us to access and process certain Shopify store and customer information necessary to operate the layaway program, including:

• Customer names
• Contact information
• Order information
• Payment status
• Product details
• Shopify store data

We use this information solely to provide and improve the EZ Layaway service.

You may not:

• Use the service unlawfully
• Interfere with platform security
• Reverse engineer the software
• Misuse customer data
• Upload malicious code

We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We may update, suspend, or modify features at any time.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted service
• Customer payment completion
• Error-free functionality

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EZ Layaway shall not be liable for:

• Lost profits
• Lost sales
• Indirect damages
• Customer disputes
• Fulfillment issues

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to EZ Layaway during the prior 12 months.

We may suspend or terminate access to the service at any time for violations of these Terms.

You may stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the app.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
